Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Eligibility by Category

Returnable Clothing & Silver Jewelry

Unworn items with original tags and packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Conditional Shoes & Accessories

May be returned if unused and in original condition. Shoes must not show any signs of wear on the sole.

Final Sale Custom & Personalized Items

Custom-made, personalized, or altered items cannot be returned. Each handmade piece is unique — please review product details carefully before ordering.

Return Shipping

  • Defective / Wrong item: We cover return shipping costs and will send a prepaid label.
  • Change of mind / Size issue: Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
  • Partial refund option: For international orders, we may offer a 50–70% refund without requiring the item to be shipped back, to save you on high international shipping fees.

Tip: Please check our size guide carefully before ordering to avoid returns due to sizing.

How to Request a Return

Submit a Return Request

Email us at support@bouyei.net with your order number and photos of the item.

Wait for Approval

We will review your request within 2 business days and respond with next steps.

Ship the Item Back

Once approved, ship the item to the address we provide. Pack it securely to avoid damage in transit.

Receive Your Refund

After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Our products are handmade by artisans. Minor variations in color, pattern, and texture are natural characteristics — not defects.
  • Indigo-dyed fabrics may have slight color variation. This is a feature of traditional natural dyeing.
  • Silver jewelry is crafted by hand. Small differences from product photos reflect the unique nature of each piece.
  • For EU customers: You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
